申请居留许可Apply for Residence Permit
1. 准备一张2寸证件照，粘贴在《外国人签证、居留许可申请表》上
Paste a 2-inch ID photo on the“visa and residence permit application form”
2. 请检查是否已备齐以下资料Make sure you have prepared the materials as follow:
(1)护照原件、护照及签证复印件The passport and the copy of your passport and visa
(2) 《外国人签证、居留许可申请表》（现场填）The visa and residence permit application form
(3)学校出具的公函（外函）The official letter from Chengdu University
(4)《涉外单位联系卡》复印件A copy of The foreign contact card
(5)外国留学人员来华签证申请表(202表)Visa application for study in China
*If you will stay in China for more than 1 year, you need the Health Check Certification
在华居住1年及以上者，需提交体检证明
3. 费用：一年以内400人民币，一年以上三年以内800人民币
Fee: 400RMB within one year, 800RMB one year to three years
4. 地点：成都市人民西路2号“成都市出入境接待中心” ，电话 86407067
Address: the Alien’s Exit and Entry Administration Office of the Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Public Security（the office is on the 3rd floor）

5. 交通：4号线（成都大学站）—换乘1号线（骡马市）—天府广场站
