Notice on IELTS Test Epidemic Prevention and Control Arrangement at Chengdu University Owing to recent pandemic situation, following the instructions from local Authority on Covid-19 prevention and control, in order to strictly implement epidemic prevention and control measures, test takers who registered for IELTS test atChengdu University need to be aware of and abide by the following important requirements: 1. All test takers must enterand exitChengdu University from the East Gate (next to the Affiliated Elementary School of Chengdu University at No. 371 Linglong East Road) Middle Section of Liangping Road, Longquanyi District, Chengdu on test day; 2. To be allowed entry into Chengdu University, test takers 1) must wear a face mask; 2) need to scan the local health QR code posted at the North Gate, using your own mobile phone and be able to present a green code; 3) need to present a green travel history code. Detailed information on obtaining this code will be posted at the entrance area for test takers’ easy reference. You are required to provide a negative Nucleic Acid Testing (NAT) report (paper version and electronic version are both acceptable, within 48 hours prior to your first test day before being allowed entry into the university campus. Candidates who are coming or returning to from cities with high or medium risk area(s) in the past 14 days (with * in the travel history code) are not allowed to enter the test venue.Test takers returning from overseas as well as Hong Kong, Macau and/or Taiwan should have already stayed in China for 6 weeks or more (from the point or arrival to the first test day) and are required to provide a negative Nucleic Acid Testing (NAT) report within 48 hours prior to the first test day in order to be allowed entry into the university campus to take the test. Please ensure the necessary documents are prepared in advance. 4) must present your IELTS Admission Ticket and national ID card (please bring your ID card with you for identity verification on test day, even though you registered the IELTS test by passport.) 3. Test takers will need to go through temperature checks at theEast Gate. Test takers whose temperature is at or higher than 37.3 degrees Celsius will not be allowed to enter the campus. 4. Test takers are not allowed wandering on the university campus nor entry into buildings. Parents or companions are not allowed entry into the campus either.
