各位留学生：
按照上级教育部门工作部署，学校抗疫进入应急状态，现将疫情防控相关重要提示通知如下：
1.非必要不离校。实习、兼职等事由暂停，因病、因特殊事由需离校的，请至少提前12小时提交申请，需准确报告出行情况，详细报告去向和起止时间等行程信息，由班主任审核，然后经学院审批同意，同时在宿管处详细登记去向后，在大门向保安出示学院批准的文字记录和学院盖章，方可出入学校。
2.严格遵守常态化防疫要求，佩戴好口罩，执行晨午晚体温监测。如身体出现发热、干咳、咽痛等症状应当及时就医，并报告班主任或宿管老师备案。
3.境内同学请每天登录ISP系统进行健康打卡，密切关注自己的健康码，一旦健康码变为黄色或红色，须立即报告班主任，班主任立即上报学院，学院报国际合作与交流处。
4.本人若收到地方防疫部门、疾控中心等机构关于个人的防疫重要信息，须第一时间向班主任报告情况，以便学校第一时间科学研判和处置。
5.请大家不信谣不传谣，任何信息以官方发布的为准。为保证大家的身体健康、生命安全，请大家配合和理解，谢谢！

Important note on the prevention and control of the recent epidemic
Dear international students：
In accordance with the overall deployment of the Education Department of Sichuan province, we would like to inform you of the following important tips for the prevention and control of the epidemic.
1.Please strictly implement the principle of "not going out of the university unless necessary". Suspend internship, part-time job and other activities. If you need to leave school due to illness or special reasons, please submit an application at least 12 hours in advance, and you need to accurately report your travel situation, details of where you are going, the starting and ending time and other travel information, which will be reviewed by the class teacher and then approved by the College. You can enter and leave the school after submitting your itinerary at the dormitory administrators and showing the approved record to the security guard at the main entrance of our university.
2. Please strictly abide by the standing epidemic prevention requirements, wear a mask and monitor your temperature in the morning, afternoon and evening. If your body shows symptoms such as fever, dry cough, sore throat, etc. you should seek medical attention and report to your class teacher or resident teacher for the record.
3.For international students within China, please report your health situation in the ISP system every day and pay close attention to your health code. Once the health code turns yellow or red, you must report to your head teacher immediately, the teacher will report to the College immediately, and the College will report to the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange.
4. If you receive any importantinformation about personal epidemic prevention from local epidemic preventiondepartments, CDC, etc., you must report the situation to your head teacherimmediately so that the school can take measures in time.
5. Please do not believe in or spread rumors. Any information is subject to official release.
