根据教育部《关于认真做好寒假前后高校疫情防控工作的通知》及省市有关文件要求，结合学校教学工作安排，现将2021年寒假和春季学期开学有关事项通知如下：
一、寒假放假时间
2021年1月25日（星期一）
二、春季学期开学返校时间
2021年2月20、21日（星期六、日）
三、假期相关要求
1.坚持错峰原则，分批放假离校。离校之后非通知不返校，确需返校的须提前向学院申请，得到允许后方可提前返校。需有连续14天健康信息正常记录方可返校。
2.校内住宿和校外住宿留学生均请于1月25日前在班主任处填写《留学生假期去向登记表》。
3.放假期间，学校坚持严格防疫管理。学生可申请留校，留校时间为2021年2月1日-19日。留校留学生按照“非必要不外出”的原则，尽量在校内生活学习，如因特殊情况需要外出的按照《疫情期间学生“非必要不出校”的重要提示》执行。如果要离开成都（含校外住宿留学生），必须向所在学院书面（文字）申请，申请被批准后方可离开。
4.疫情期间原则上不前往疫情中高风险地区；注意关注和严格遵守所在地疫情防控有关规定，按照当地要求及时主动向当地社区报告相关情况；做好离校外出、返校途中个人防护；加强健康监测，维护好健康码信息，每日在班级群中报告健康状况（含体温），有任何健康（体温）异常情况及时报告班主任；减少聚集，原则上不组织和参与10人以上的聚会。
5.假期中注意人身和财产安全，坚持文明守法，保持健康生活方式，坚持良好学习习惯。

Notice about Winter Vacation
Dear international students,
In accordance with the notice of the Ministry of Education about the prevention and controlling of the epidemic in colleges and universities before and after the Winter vacation and the requirements of the relevant provincial and municipal regulations, as well as the teaching arrangement of the university, the matters related to the Winter vacation and the start of the Spring Semester in 2021 are hereby notified as follows:
I. Start of Winter vacation:
January 25, 2021 (Monday)
II. Time of Check-in for Spring Semester
February 20 and 21, 2021 (Saturday and Sunday)
III. Holiday-related requirements
1. Adhere to the principle of leaving the campus in batches. No student shall return to the campus until officially notified to do so. In case students do need to return to the campus, they must apply to the college in advance and get permission before returning to the campus. Students may return to the campus only if they have a normal record of health information for 14 consecutive days.
2. All students should fill in the "Registration Form of International Students' Vacation Destination" and submit it to head teachers before January 25.
3. During the vacation period, the university will insist on and implement strict epidemic prevention and management as usual. Students may apply to stay on campus from Feb. 1 to Feb. 19, 2021. If students who choose to stay on campus need to go out due to special circumstances, they should follow the " Important Notice of NOT GOING OUT OF THE SCHOOL UNLESS NECESSARY for students during the epidemic prevention period ". If students want to leave Chengdu (including students living off-campus), they must apply by writing to the college, and can leave only after the application is approved.
4. In principle, students should not go to high-risk areas during the epidemic; pay attention to and strictly comply with the regulations on epidemic prevention and control in their location, and take the initiative to report the relevant information to the local community according to the local requirements; do a good job of personal protection on the way out of and back to the campus; strengthen health monitoring, maintain the health code information, report the health status (including temperature) in the class group every day, and report any health (temperature) abnormality to head teachers in time; reduce gathering and do not organize and participate in parties with more than 10 people.
5. Pay attention to personal and property safety during the holidays, mind personal behaviors and abide by law, maintain a healthy lifestyle, and adhere to good study habits.
