关于新冠病毒肺炎疫情期间涉外证件办理的温馨提示

Tips on handling foreign-related documents during the epidemic

新冠病毒肺炎疫情期间，为保证我校外籍师生的安全，我处特为我校外籍师生提供以下便利服务：

1. 如需办理住宿登记和住宿登记变更，请发送护照首页、签证或居留页和入境章页照片至邮箱oice@cdu.edu.cn，由我处外籍人员管理服务科统一办理。

2. 如需办理签证、居留许可等业务，请咨询oice@cdu.edu.cn预约时间提交本人护照，由我处外籍人员管理服务科专办员集中代办。

3. 其他事宜办理或咨询，请咨询oice@cdu.edu.cn。

During this special period, in order to guarantee the safety of foreign teachers and students in Chengdu University, we provide the following services:

1. If you need to do the accommodation registration and make registration change, please send the photos of passport, visa page or residence permit page, the page with entry stamp to oice@cdu.edu.cn, then the staff of International Teachers and Students Division will do it for you.

2. If you want to apply for residence permits or visa extension, please contact oice@cdu.edu.cn to make an appointment to submit the passport. Staff of International Teachers and Students Division will submit documents to PSB for you.

3. For other issues, please consult with oice@cdu.edu.cn.
