各位同学，根据目前疫情防控工作推进情况和成都市相关通知的精神，学校已经采取了一系列的应急措施。学校巳决定新学期暂定推迟到2月24日开学，但不排除开学日期有继续延后的可能。为了切实保障同学们的健康安全，现将相关安排通知如下：
1. 目前所有已离校回国的学生在2月22日前请不要提前返校。如果您已订好2月22日前返程的机票，请及时办理退票手续，并等待进一步通知。
2. 所有目前留校的外国学生，建议继续留住学校宿舍。如有必须返回自己国家的留学生，请通过微信、短信或qq向班主任提交申请(未成年需监护人批准)。申请书应注明进出境航班的航线和时间，承诺严格遵守防疫要求。未经学院许可，任何留校外国学生请不要离校。
3. 在没有得到再次延期开学的通知之前，如需在2020年2月24日以后返校的学生，请向班主任提交申请，获得批准后方可延期返校。

Dear students, according to the current situation of the epidemic and the notice from Chengdu Municipal government, Chengdu University has taken a series of emergency measures. The school has decided to temporarily postpone the start of the new semester to February 24, but it is possible to postpone the start date further. In order to ensure all students' health and safety, the relevant arrangements are hereby notified as follows:
1. All students who have left school and returned to your home country should not return to school before February 22. If you have booked the return flight before February 22, please refund the ticket in time, and wait for further notice.
2. It is recommended that all foreign students who are currently on campus should continue to stay in the dormitory. For students who must return to their home country, please submit the application to your head teacher via WeChat, SMS or qq (minors need guardian's approval). The application shall indicate the route and time of inbound and outbound flights and undertake to strictly comply with epidemic prevention requirements. Do not leave the school without permission from the college.
3. Students who need to return to school after February 24, 2020 should submit an application to the head teacher before receiving the notice of further postponement.
